The tanker trucks that deliver the gasoline, all fill up at the same terminal. It’s the same gasoline at all the stations in the regional area the terminal serves.

Yeah, it's complicated. It used to be. I don't know about now that their economy has turned belly-up and their dictator is gone. Heck, the government is gone. Anyway, the US gas stations pay American employees and taxes.
Just like cars, there is no more pure American or pure foreign anything. Like our Harley-Davidson's, they aren't pure anything anymore. Check out the metric forks and electronics, carbs, EFI, etc.

My bad. It's a Phillips 66 I fuel the bike with 91 pure gas at. Not sure where I got Citgo from. Same colors maybe.
Once in a while I'll fuel at BP if i need fuel and can't make it to the ethanol free. BP is the only place I fuel my car.

This is true to a point. It's part of my job. Difference is what all goes in each load to make the blends tho so not all gas is equal. Far from it. And there's more than just 1 terminal in the area. BP has their own terminal here too 1/4 mile down the road from us.
We load out of 5 different terminals within 150 miles and there's a few we don't load out of including the BP right down the road so to say all the gas is the same at all the stations is just not true.

I was curious about the 91 octane in your post. My Citgo non-ethanol gas is 90. It's the only place I can find non-ethanol higher than 87 and my STIHL lawn tools require a minimum of 90. I figured since I fill my red gas cans for my lawn mower and tool with this stuff, why not go ahead and use it in my Sporty 883 even though it only requires 87. When I am filling up on the road and can't find non-ethanol, I use 87 10% ethanol. It won't be in my tank for very long anyway.

An American Oil Company bought out by Venezuela State Oil company so the US could access the largest oil supplies in the world.
