Where to buy front brake pads
Where's a good place to buy front brake pads, and what's a good brand to get?

I used EBC HH pads on my old stock front calipers. Lyndall is highly regarded for pads as well. There's another brand I can't recall at the moment, not heard of often.
There's probably hundreds of places to buy them.

You might consider a Wilwood front caliper, about $230. Even the best pads on a stock caliper don't stop anything like having a better caliper. Putting a Wilwood GP310 on the front was probably one of the best purchases I've ever made for my bike.

Another vote for EBC pads. I've been selling them for a couple decades, and they seem to work really well. The HH grade are pretty much mandatory for a lot of calipers (like the '00 - up 4-piston) if you want any life out of them. (Factory pads for that application are HH.)

I think I will go with the EBC pads. That's what I have in the rear. Jim (above) says something about needing the HH version (whatever that is) on 2004 and up bikes. Mine's a '96. Does that mean I need to get a specific version of the EBC pads? Do I need the HH version or some other specific version?
