I had that issue. After digging around on Youtube I found someone had the same issue and drilled a hole up through the isolator and into the shaft and stuck a rod into it to prevent if from turning so the bolt could be removed

Well it’s been a few weeks with my sporty being a pile of shinny bits, but I just got a call from R&R Cycles and the broken rear isolator bolt is out. That gives me the weekend to put my baby back together.
You never go wrong calling in an expert with all the correct tools for this kind of issue.
