I am thinking I'll go with either feuling or S&S lifters but they are pricey. Tore down to rockerboxes tonight and will finish later

I don't like the look of the oil on the manifold but don't know what would cause it

This from XLF member cjburr, he had valve seals leaking.
You can pull your exhaust pipes and intake manifold and look at the valves to see if the oil is leaking past the valve stem seals.

I had checked valve seals when I had the head off in the spring and had them replaced anyway and guides were good. Im kinda leaning toward sending these to hammer or replacing them with xb heads.

I just got done removing the oil pump. Will disassemble and inspect that before putting it on the lift to remove rockerboxes. The gear looks good but seeing how I had a broken piston last year the inside might be damaged. I did get my new rockerbox gaskets and ordered premium lifters from s&s
