Great looking machine, does the exhaust have to come off every-time you need to remove the rear wheel axle?

As long as nut is on the exhaust side that shouldn't be necessary.

Yeah with the nut on exhaust side it should come off without exhaust removal in theory. Planning on making the fiberglass seat pan this weekend.

Ended up redoing the electric tray so it has sides and doesn’t sit as low. They put a hinged lid on it to protect fuse block from seat pressure.
