overrated and under powered compared to 88 and 90 inch big bores imho. I think its an outdated combo.

Well.... That just about kills that idea... Theres one complete kit close to me for short money...

For cheap that might be a different story!!! I’d do some more research on it if it were me, it was close and it’s priced right. A respected gentleman on fxxkbook has a 91” stroker, 89” with just a bigger bore and it runs 9.70s/8.80s all day long.

Don’t forget. Cost to build vs. cost to race. IMO lose weight first, cheaper horsepower to a point. There’s always a next step. Weigh the bike and put it on a diet first, might suprise you how much horsepower you can find.

I have to do the motor anyway. This is a nib unassembled kit minus cams and cam bearings. It looks to be cheaper than the route I was going to go. And with the injectors going in my truck, my race budget got fuxored. I have some plans to lighten her.
