Default Final drive chain tensioner

Pic of my chain tensioner, made from an adjustable grinder blade removal tool, simple and effective design that took about an hour to make. Spacing had to be spot on so It moved back and forth freely but minimal side to side play. No more chain contact issues .

a serpentine belt tensioner works well, they come in metal and plastic roller.
