Hey Pete! Is your seat white sided like the one on CL and would it fit on a 73 XLH?
I'm guessing the front mount replaces tongue and pin on mine and the double side mounts bolt on to the upper frame rails. Does nothing attach to the rear fender?

white side
no attachment to r fender
i have a mid mount with, goes to bolts behind shock studs on 72 and earlier frame, not sure on 73+ either way, easy to make somethin
no front mount or rail with
f mount would be easy to make too
thought i had pic on img, but dont
could txt ya some if ya want

Thanks for the info and the offer, Pete! But I'm just keeping an eye out for a new (all black) seat for my 73 XLH. Not sure what I'm looking for, just looking for different options.
You may or may not recall a previous thread about me being pretty happy with the comfort and look of my current seat but I need to remove the seat to check my oil...
