it takes longer to clean the dam spokes than it does to was and polish the rest of the bike they look nice but are a pain in the arse

Lots of options for tubeless spokes. You can buy sealed rims from some manufacturers or have them sealed, lots of "DIY" videos and articles to seal them yourself.

Yes, those rims are for the rear of your 2002 1200C.

I looked into this with my local Dealer. They offered a perfectly beautiful laced rear wheel from the factory in blazing chrome. I eventually decided against if choosing reliability and ease of maintenance . but if the old style beauty and knowing your bike has laced wheels just as God intended motorcycles to have , it would be worth it.

BTW Life hack: want to remove rust from chrome very easily? Rub with aluminum foil.
