Thank you for the detailed answer.Well.Hammer did their best;they provide me a pair of abradable coated(by line2line) pistons,so I honed the cylinders and fit the pistons as should by line2line instructions..Engine started superbly,perform smooth & quite as a dead man s fart,for couple of minutes, and seized...To be short,now I have 0.05 mm(.0020 inch)clearance,able to take off,but after few miles still prone to seize.Diassambled again..all the parts are soaked with oil,no sign of wear on skirts or cylinder,just the spigot area out of squire due the heat,I suppose...Don t find any logic in it...the coating should wear iyself to the bore..it acting like rubber or something.

Sorry for my late response;just trying to track down the facts that could caused scored pistons-cylinders other than ignition and fuel.Also because these days fitting abradable coated pistons,the scenario in my engine doesn t run with the line2line instructions..I have now 0.06 mm clearance,and still became tight on operational temperature,without signs of wear in.Yes,my cylinders were scored,but by honing became acceptable to receive these coated pistons;oil pump is stock,pressure is monitorized with gauge,working great...

I assume you broke this engine in properly with heat cycles and the recommended 500 mile procedures from Hammer?

Yes,the required break in instructions were followed.Only the DaytonaTT 1005 ignition was left on street mode(not on racing mode,as Hammer recommend)just well retarded by static timing.Hammer were more than kind and replaced the cylinders,and after, it seems debris trashed the pistons....Now struggling to fit these coated pistons;line2line says to fit them finger tip pushed...he-he,after some idling and few shy revs,engine stopped by beeing to tight;with gravity involved in passing through bore,engine stopped at the end of my street...with falling through bore,....10 km...all these make me to take in consideration the amount of oil film on cylinder walls.

If you're engine is locking up after break-in (which seasons the bore), makes me wonder if the break-in went OK.
If it didn't, the rings would be suspect of failure due to excess heat.
One thing that can cause more heat is an oil pump failure.
You have a gauge on the filter pad that has been reading proper psi.
But, is the pressure relief valve working properly?
If it stays open, less oil will get where it needs to go.
Did you change oil / filter after break-in?
Break-in causes metal debris in the oil until all the parts 'season' together.
Pics of the carnage really help to diagnose.

edit:
Check your cams, bearings and bushings for heat damage also.

All the other parts are fine,without signs of oil starving,or heat marks;lifters running quietly.If the pressure relief valve remains open,I assume that pressure will not build up,gauge will react at it,isn t it?On constant speed it shows steady 10psi,at idle drops to 1,5 with engine hot.Oil&filter fresh;Engine kept locking up,because of the coating of the piston not wear into the bore as should?Maybe I ll try to ask line2line about it.Extra heat will appear into the bore,if the hot gases,escape thru not sealing rings,but cylinders are freshly honed & checked for roundness...will appeal tomorrow to my digital skills to upload picture

Where are you testing the pressure?
It should be 1-7 psi at idle and 5-30 psi (2500 rpm) if checked at the hole between the tappets.
Or 7-17 psi at idle if checked at the oil switch hole on the filter pad.
Watching the gauge, you should be able to tell when the oil pressure relief pops off at startup and when it closes due to the pressure change on the gauge.

Well,not sure about the provenience of the debris;only 2 possibillities;when reassembling the new cylinders,or when I have lost carb filter cover,on highway last winter;very fine dust of anti slippery compound on road surface...first thing when I arrived back same day was to throw out the oil&filter.
