If being old is a disability then yes. Actually if you have any arthritis that effects your ability to hold your cocked bow safely on target as it moves across in front of you then you’re disabled and are qualified to hunt with the crossbow. Once you get the crossbow permit you can not hunt deer with a compound bow ever again in the state.
The crossbow shown is a Barnett XP400 and it shoots flat well over 40 yards. 
Easiest bow I’ve ever sited in.
I have a ‘Diamond Medalist 38’ compound bow for sale if your local and know of anybody looking for a great bow.

Doe number two for the season with still a few weeks to go. Culled both in the same general area and they both weighed 100lbs. Must have been twins.
Didn’t get out much during archery season this year. Suffered a nasty balance problem that I’m still fighting and I hope will be gone by the spring riding season.

My freezer is full now.
Time to think about a possible east coast gathering.
