the ones i've seen you can tune the lock up by changing the weight of the fingers.

Well, technology should start catching up with us. I'm hoping someone will adapt the Tesla's self driving function to an Ironhead so I can get back on the road.
I promise not to fall asleep behind the bars. (Handle bars that is - Skinny's is another story all together)

Thanks again for the informative replies. I saw the referances to the Rekluse centrifigul
clutch and will query them as to price and availability for an ironhead. Some of the prices on their site are more than I paid for the bike but we will see. If it works out I will post the results
I got a nice response from Rekluse and they don't have anything for an
ironhead. Looking at the installed clutchs springs they appear to be sometning
a previous owner installed - too long and too strong. Maybe my problem all along was bad parts. Winter teardown and new parts might fix it. I know the free length is supposed to be 2.343 but I don't know what pressure is supposed to be - any informed guesses?
