Hi
It's almost done but I still need to fine tune the fuel maps.
I need to wait for spring to do it because it's too cold and too wet now.
Thanks!

I know it's not spring yet, but have you made any more progress?
Keep us updated when you do since I would really like to know how this is working for you!

It's not that I don't ride it in the rain
It is simply too dangerous to road test and log with WOT on wet road
I will be working on it as soon as the weather will be good again.
This guy was helping me to tune it:
https://www.buelltooth.com/tunabuell.html
Unfortunately, he started to give up when his tunes were not working too well with my own Innovate dual wide band sensors :/
I think that everything was going well, but because we had to stat over at least 3 times and then stop because we needed bigger injectors, then new ignition maps and I went away for vacations, he has lost his faith...
I still have left 3 sessions paid and I hope he won't let me down.
After all it was his own decision to try to tune it with my Innovate dual wide band sensors. I was prepared to buy his own tool to do it but he wanted to give it a shot.
Pitty, that it turned out to be too difficult for him to figure out the other system :/
I have spent too much time and money to give up at this point, so I will get it done no matter what

Not sure why he could not use the Innovate wide bands, they all output a 0-5 volt signal. And I bet you can look up what voltage equals what AFR on Innovate site.

Hi
I set up both wide bands correctly, and I sent him loads of data.
I was feeling improvement each time I burned updated maps.
The problem was that we have done about 4 sessions and found out that the injectors were too small, so I installed new set and we had to start over again.
Then after about 4 sessions he has decided to use new timing maps from Hammer Perf and... we had to start over again, LOL.
We have done another few session and the bike started to run better and better, after each session. However, I ran out of time and we stopped with intention to continue after my vacations. Unfortunately when I got back, he was reluctant to continue :/ He still owe me few sessions and I hope he will do it for me this spring.
Regarding the Innovate, he was complaining that it gives him slightly different data than his own wide band kit, hence the problems with quick tuning.
I told him right on the start that I can buy his wide band kit if he wants but he said that Innovate should be fine...
There's also some problems with idle that he has promised to fix.
I think that I will contact Andy Whittle (the Youtuber) and send him my maps to analyze, looking from his videos, he has enough knowledge to recognize the problem right away. I'm not sure if he will be willing too do so.
Regards
