Default Hard Struts /Weak Shocks & Torn Wires

Going to try Solid Struts in hope of prevent rubbing of tire on fender and wiring. Im not pleased with the bikes ride on our dirt roads and lanes. When the shocks flex it happens at the worst moment tearing up wiring when only hauling about 50 LBs . Im planning on some Off Road Pegs to stand up across bumps maybe a Spring Seat and Fender Brackets . Im not into cool as much as getting the darn thing to preform tasks for me.

Also found some people have installed Car Air Shocks. That may be a good way but first I need to stop the tire from ripping off wires..

Have you thought about longer shocks/springs, maybe 13" instead of the standard 11 & 1/2"?

Road King air shocks are a popular swap/install.

Run the wires through a piece of metal tubing. Bendable brake line or copper line.
