if you were to make a set of upsweeps for a rubbermount swingarm, where would you connect the pipes to? ive always wanted them but couldnt figure out the best place to do it considering the swingarm would be moving up and down.

We connected these to the exhaust bracket the same one you have on your bike. We heated it, and bent it so it would flow with the pipes, and then connected it to the spot on the pipes were it should go. This bike has a swing arm as well. Look close you can see the exhaust bracket.

paughco makes a set of upswept tailpipe extentions . thinking they might work pretty well and look good coming off my drag pipes . do they need some additional support ?

In the center of the fishtails do you see the 8-ball? that's a bracket that conects the 2-pipes together. These are full pipes no extentions, I think extentions would work just fine.
