This manifested only after a short distance, so to those who have a Sundowner Solo, please remove it and check the base every once in a while!

Got a wide "tractor seat" (spring seat) from Mother Road Customs (Rich Phillips) and although the kit was lacking a bit (had to find some bronze bushings for it) it is quite a comfortable seat, even for long-ish distances (lets say 300km plus?), especially with the gel cushioning.
I have a Sundowner with a crack in it as well.

Four Mustang seats for my three Sportys, 340,000 miles total and no cracks. And I’m not a lightweight!

I had a Corbin made but sadly learned that contoured seats no longer work that well for me which is why I settled on an old Mustang wide out of my parts bin.
