You could try to google Fast Stone Image Viewer for compressing photos?

I use Microsoft Picture Manager for resizing (and rotating, cropping, etc).

Recent versions of Microsoft Office don't include Picture Manager, but you can still get it:

Started buying parts for my 883 to 1275 conversion. Going with Hammer. Also gonna do their 560 cams and send in my heads for a valve job and maybe porting depending on the cost. Unsure about pistons though. When it’s gets closer I’ll talk to Hammer.

Definitely going to order a bronze oil shaft pinion gear too. Might as well do it while I’m in there. And obviously upgrade the clutch too. I’m probably not gonna get to it until fall but I’ve got some extra money so I’m gonna put it to good use. And this will force me to finally get this done. Been putting it off for a few years now. Can’t wait! I’m hoping to get around 80 to 90 HP/TQ.

Finally, lopped off my rear fender struts...needs more fine tuning.

Maybe even a new fender, but I wanted to do it myself and see how it turns out.

I have a TC Bros plate relocation kit, just not sure if I want to mount it to the primary or the shock bolt. Primary worries me a bit...

I swore at it, as I struggle getting the clutch right. I also learned more of the electrics, thanks to help here, and fixed a long standing problem.
That said, I also heaped praise on it here.
