Some ignore the cartel
Sometimes you can see kayaks, windsurfers or simple guys who do a little swim... at their own risk... and sure not in march... the water is freezing even in july and august...
i was in the power plant to work on their net 30 years ago... back then it was just dismantled a little accademic and experimental nuclear reactor... it never ran.. and after 1986 and the Chernobyl incident... was shut....
so according to Iree line of thought... i have titles to go in the water...

So there isn't a hydro-electric power plant? The lake is just cooling water for a (now shut down) nuke?

on the contrary... since 1911... there is a powerful hydroelectric power plant... two plants of 10 mw and 6 mw... still running
and nowadays an advanced accademic research center as well... open to all the new techs...
