Here ya go. the fender is cut at one strait cut at an angle of 66 degrees from horizontal and bottom edge is 1 1/16 " aft from the centerline of the rail bolt. The holes in the fender appear to be oval shaped. The large fender washers inside at front holes also look ovaled and appear to be permanantly attached to the fender.

Thanks again Valvebeater.
Mr Wolf, does this jive with the stock piece you have? is it just a straight cut across, or should there be a rolled edge similar to front fenders?

It is a clean cut. The main difference between cutting off a fender and the oem piece is the inner brace on the oem piece.

BTW, real front fenders don't have a rolled edge. They have a 90 degree lip.
