Turbo Sporty 48 has disabled reputation
Default 1250 or 1275 Pistons and Cylinders

We know it is only 25cc so here it is.
The 1250 set installed has coated heavy flat top pistons for turbo, the unpurchased, uninstalled 1275 kit would have lighter flat top pistons.
Less mass in the pistons combined with the XR crank should spool up pretty quick.
Not going with domed pistons, higher compression, Hammer 570 cams are already in hand.
Was planning on switching the pistons and cylinders over to the Roadster and if the spirit moves, turbo the Roadster.
Just want to ride the 48.
So, only about 3% increase in power with 25cc.
Went online to check, Hammer is the only 1275 provider, done a bunch of business with them over the years, always satisfied.
Might add a new oil pump.
Thoughts?

I think you answered your own question. If you're considering putting a/the turbo on the Roadster, saving the "turbo" 1250 pistons and cylinders for it and getting a 1275 kit for the 48 would seem to be the way to go. Or am I missing something? The 1275 kit also gains you some squish area which is a plus.
