Default No start, pull fuse and reinsert...starts

OK, so heres my mystery. Bike sat for a month. Went to start it and it was on a battery tender so the battery was fine, and the turn signals wouldnt work and the bike would not start....nothing...no click, nothing. tried pulling fuses etc. discovered if i pull the fuse for the blinkers and reinsert it starts just fine.

Replaced the starter relay.....nothing...no help.

**** also, came out to the garage and discovered my running lights on and the bike was completely turned off.

i also replaced the key fob battery in case it was the security system.

any ideas???

To declare the battery "fine", it needs to be tested.
It could be on a tender and have a bad cell...or a failed voltage regulator could be drawing amps.
What is battery voltage:
a. key off?
b. key on?
c. while pressing start button?

Front running lights are powered by blue lighting circuit.
Front turns are powered by orange/white accessory circuit (horn, turns and brake light).
4 way flashers / hazard lights are actuated by pressing both left and right turn switches at the same time.

If front lights are still on, press both turns and see if they turn off.

ok...the TSSM appears to be working correctly. i changed the battery in the key fob. security system turns on and off as its supposed to. the battery holds a charge but has not been load tested. i changed the starter relay.

***** if i pull the blinker fuse out and reinsert it the bike starts and runs fine.....no issues**********

pressing both turn signals produces nada when the starter circuit is not working.

also....i charged the battery overnight last night and without touching the fuse it would not do a thing. headlights come on, running lights come on. signals wont work and start button produces NOTHING. remove fuse and reinsert...starts fine

so i checked the voltage on the battery and its low. back on the charger to see if it comes back to full charge. but why would the front running lights come on while the bike is completely off????? is that a bad battery symptom??? i've never seen it

Since pulling the accessory fuse reboots the speedo/tach, that is a good possibility, as well as a main battery voltage issue. Without requested battery voltages, I have no additional input.
