the speedo redline on mine is 5400
i would save up and buy after-market, just buying a second hand off the net is a gamble and probably going to cost near what you can get a new system for.
you have idiots trying to find some fool to fork out 300+ dollars for an obsolete part.
shoot, yours will probably will turn up to 120mph anywho, that ought to run the autoban!
if you want a real hoot, look into the johnson engineering sport gear, all said and done about 1000 dollars you doing the work.

MPH wise mine does ok.But this bike isnt a street ride.I am setting it up to run Brackets at the strip.So I need the rpms to get a better ET and not be hitting the rev limiter every shift.

Really like to find a module.But if by early spring I dont I should have extra cash to get a Dynatek system.
Just need to get to some swap meets this winter and sell some old parts to buy new parts

Found a 7500 rpm ignition module.NOS from a dealer.Solved problem.Have bike in shop for a dyno tune now.
If anyone wants a list of dealers who show to have a Screamin Eagle modules 6800 rpm 32977-98 or 7500 rpm 32967-98 pm me for the list
These are for 1998 - 2003 1200S
