I'm OK with mine, it fits me like a glove & is plenty fast enough at nearly 61!

Both! Traffic cops & cameras all over the UK these days, I know a Ninja rider who's next ride will need bike clips!

let's say all over the Europe...
hard times for superbike bikers
instead with a Sporty you could have fun even at decent speed...

sometimes however when i look at some wonderful superbike... my heart miss some beats

2011 883 Super Low...someone bought it new, put about $3K into making it a long-distance tourer (color-matched hard panniers, engine guard, Daymakers, windshield, every HD eagle accessory available), and put 2,000 miles on it in 5 years. Guy bought it for riding 2-up with his wife, got a 2-up seat, mini-floorboard footpegs, and backrest...and a month later, his brother gave him a killer deal on a 2012 Heritage Softail. About 4 months ago, he put it on CL because he never rode it.

So, being THAT GUY touring on an 883, I bought it. Paid high book...but got a Sportster set up damn near exactly how I want, as a long-distance tourer. All I need to add is a seat pad (done), highway pegs (bought but not installed yet), luggage rack (same), and some sort of phone/GPS mount/charger.
