Default Throw out Bearing

IS the throw bearing a Special Type,??
what im thinking is could i go to a bearing specialist such as Timken

and buy one from them ,
just take old bearing in to shop and they match it for size

If you search around there's a lot of info on this floating around the forum. Many including myself have upgraded to a 7200b bearing. Here's a good thread to get you started:

Also check out Sportsterpedia. Excellent resource that will answers tons and tons of questions. There's some throwout bearing info in there too.
