I’m with Tom, got a body full and just have to cope. Tylenol is my friend but soon I may have to decide what to do with my thumbs, seems the arthritis building up in the sockets are pushing the thumbs out, sigh. Hurts to ride but not riding isn’t an option.

Be careful with Ibuprofin, I was on that long term and ended up with stomach ulcers
Ended up on Tramdol till I had a hip joint replacment. But now take it for hand joints

Ask your doctor about a LRTI procedure and get the thumb fixed now and you’ll be pain free for the spring rides or keep taking the Tylenol with a hot cup of tea.
C.O.B.B. approved and well worth the time in a cast.

Thank you Mick, my care givers want to replace the lower thumb bone with metal studs, losing the “rotation” but keeping the grip. Of primary concern is up to six months of recovery. We know that the bike is my only transportation so the recovery poses a huge inconvenience. I may be resigned to continued Tylenol therapy, sigh.
