If you want to use the headlight housing you have:
Simply make another notch in the shell rim at the bottom where the new bulb requires it - Make sure its vertically aligned - The top notch (unused) will not be a problem.

With all the wiring and multi connectors inside the bucket taking up a good amount of room I have decided to get a new bucket that's deeper for the LED unit and weather pack re wire on the outside of the bucket.

Are you using the rubber headlight mounting rubber? if so, then I'd think there'd be more than enough room for the LED bulb.

yes but id also need to notch out the bucket at 3 o'clock. Ill have to check fitment with the rubber.
