Default Trading in the Nightster for a new Breakout

I was initially looking at an older Rocker C and found a dealer close by that had one. Went up there to look at it and someone else bought it. So naturally I took a look at the new bikes and came across the Breakout and fell in love. I love my Sporty but I'm now starting to go on much longer rides and after a while it's becoming more and more uncomfortable. Plus it's an 07 with some miles on it and I'm just wanting something new.

Anybody have any experience with the Breakout?

No, but good luck. If you love it, test one; you'll know...

If you can swing the financials, keep the Sporty and have two different bikes. Most people I know that up sized wish they still had their Sporty for the fun rides.

Can tell you from experience that you'll be missing the the "sport" part of the sportster going to a softail.. (I have both for a reason)....

Second that! Bought one after a ten year absence , love my superglide ! But this year about 4000 on the sporty , 1200 on the super . Try to keep both if you can.

I wish i could have kept the Sporty but what they offered me for it was to good to pass up. I paid $6995 out the door for it 2 years ago and they offered me $6300 for it.
