I made the mock trigger wheel easy enough. Wired up the megasquirt with just power, ground and the cam sensor. I'm not getting any trigger reading on the Tuner Studio logger. On the bench, the sensor tests good though. Probably something not configured correctly.

I put in the recommended 1k pullup resistor and now i get a trigger signal on the tuner studio log. Next weekend I'll play with my vfd and spin up my trigger wheel to 4000rpm. If i get a clean signal with 24 teeth, then I'm golden. If not, I'll try 12 teeth.

So I made a makeshift trigger wheel with 24 teeth minus 1 tooth. That works out to 0.125" per tooth, Couldn't pick up a thing on the tuner studio logger. Here's a clip:

I made another wheel, by hand so it's not perfect. It was -12 degrees celcius in my garage, so I rushed it. I never had a 1/4" endmill, so I made 8 teeth. 3 of them were 0.250", and 1 of them was 0.200" and the other 4 were almost 0.385". Moving it by hand, every tooth was picked up on tuner studio. I spun it to 2720rpm on my mill and tuner studio kept the signal. So I think 12-1, with 0.250" teeth, is the limit of the harley sensor. Here's a video:

So the efi intake fits rather well with 1/16" removed from each spigot. Needs a little clearancing for the carb side allen bolts though. I marked with a sharpie where they need a bit of material removed.
