All balls generator
Hey guys, my generator finally died and I'm looking to get a new one. I can't afford the cycle electric one so I was looking at other options and I came across this one:
https://www.motorcyclestorehouse.com/product/530635
Has anyone tried them out? I have an all balls solenoid and it's working fine but I haven't found any info on theyr generators here
Thanks

The All Balls front wheel bearing/seal kit for my Ducati is made in China! I'd be wary of their generator. If you can't afford the Cycle Electric, try to get your original rebuilt by a local shop.

I would suggest rebuilding your OEM with quality parts. Jefro57 is right, 'taint hard and it won't cost what, $500 for the Cycle Electric.

I would suggest the poweraythor ALT.conversion from a member here - saddlerailray
about the same price. I been running one on the 82 a few yrs and have not had a sigle issue. just ordered a 2nd one for the 84 project.
I have 2 good used gennys(82-E84 hitachi) and 2 of the small spinning alt conversion on the shelf. your welcome to one/you pick & cover shipping.
PM me here if you want it.

Hey guys sorry for the late reply but i´ve been bussy lately. I ended up buying the all balls generator, I want to give it a try and it has a 2 year warranty so if something goes wrong I will send it back. I tought about rebuilding the generator but a good quality armature costs alone 257€.... let´s see how this one works, I will write a review in a while and let you know.
