All 5v circuits should have dielectric grease applied to every connection from the ecm to the sensor. And a MAP high code can be caused by a bad ground circuit. A broken 5v reference circuit can set a MAP low code. Wires and connections account for the majority of 5v sensor circuit issues. DAMHIKT...

That code is:
P0107: MAP sensor open/low
So I'd look to the MAP sensor. If it was already repaced, I'd check its connections. Beyond those basics, there's lots of advice already in this thread on where to look next.
