No code, no street. I am zoned agricultural and it is a farm building. I do whatever I want to. I am way over ten miles from the nearest town. It is over a mile to the nearest highway. The county is the only authority out here and I own enough land to qualify as agricultural. I hauled in about a foot and half of fill before pouring the foundation.
No solar either. Solar ain't gonna power welders and plasma cutters.
