Default what cams have I got?

Hi I'm servicing up my '94 883/1200 and I wondered if anyone could help ID the cams fitted to my bike they have 1D,2D,3D,4D stamped individually on them.
Thanks for any help rendered!
Harsh

D cams, pretty sure they are stock for 883s of that year and I think the 1200 as well. Not sure what year they started using the Ws in the 1200s, but I'm pretty sure they moved 883s to W cams in 2007. Either way, the D cams are about the least performance oriented cams you can be running.

I'm pretty sure someone will correct me, but I think the SE .497 or Andrews N4s are about the best drop in cams for your year bike, if you are thinking about a simple upgrade.

I think the W cams started out only in the 1200S model, then they put them in the rubbermount 1200s, then with EFI they put them in all XLs.

Thanks, she's always been a little gentle compared to other 883/1200's and I did wonder if the cams had ever been changed.

Thanks, do you know how much the import charges will be? I can't see a chart to gauge the cost on the 'net.
cheers
Harsh
