Default Battery cable length

To help save some time, does anyone know off hand what the positive battery cable length is for an ‘84 model? I want to pick one up today. Though I’d ask before taking mine off the bike and measuring. I am getting a quality cable with good copper connectors.

Note that an automotive cable is incorrect - too large OD, gauge, and connector. Must be a motorcycle battery cable.

I think it would be possible to look up its length but you'd have to say what that particular battery/pos cable connects to...Solenoid, relay, breaker...The parts book lists several...

For instance -

'Positive to Solenoid Battery Cable' 70083-82A
Cable Length: 15-3/4″

Doesn't say how it's measured...Eye to eye or OAL...
