Hi,

Piece of construction square tubing, 4" x 2", about 10" long, with 4 bolts welded on it.

Used to set up either head on milling machine to dial up mill head to spark plug thread, then turn head on jig 180 degrees to drill/tap another sparkplug thread on right hand side.

Recently put/welded 2 studs on other side plus big clearance holes to locate crank assembly to ease tightening of big crank pin and shafts nuts.

Now, with drive side nut loose but not out, split the crank: Piece of wood on the floor, hold rods with right hand, drive mainshaft in left hand, rise about 2 feet hight and swing down while keeping rods in an horizontal alignement and stike left wheel on wood. Right wheel continues travel due to inertia and the right taper breaks...
