Default V-Factor front brake rotor part number 400-1965

I recently installed a V-Factor front brake rotor part number 400-1965 from J+P cycles.
After a short time I noticed that when braking the front end porpoised.
I contacted J+P and they said new pads (they were pretty new and I sanded them down first) and cleaning the disk.
I went out to clean the disk and noticed there were two areas on the disk where the pad wasn't touching the disk. I email them back and didn't get a reply after a couple days so I called them.
The lady said no problem we can exchange or refund. I opted for upgrading a little to the Biker's Choice (49/60 5 star reviews). The V-Factor had 4/4 5 star.
So it's going back tomorrow and we'll see how the Biker's Choice works out.
For now I just put my old (slightly warped) disk back on.

Updates to follow.

Sent it back and the Biker's Choice is doing great.
Thumbs up for J+P customer service. Quick turn around and just charged the difference between them.
