I have been adjusting it 1/2 turn out on the adjuster screw. I haven't put locknuts on it, I am pretty sure that the reason I am loosing the clutch is that the throwout disk dtud nuts are backing off. I will replace them with nylocks tomorrow.

You may also want to put Loctite on them. Put Loctite on everything.

I just want to express my (our) disgust at the sadistic asshole who designed that stupid ball and ramp contraption. What a dick.
