Springs = I've lost two and broken one. This last one I bought from the dealer + new bushings, pin and pretzel clip, the ones on the jiffy stand were in very bad condition.

The spring I got from the dealer has been on for about 3 thousand miles, but my jiffy stand won't stay up all the way (it kinda dangles down, it can get so low that it scrapes the road on roundabouts!!!).

So, are the springs on the jiffy stand shorter on Low models? That's the only think I can think of. It's that or the actual jiffy stand leg is faulty...

HELP!!!

Thanks guys, cheers from Spain
I have a 1994 xl883lo and have discovered over the years that it is very susceptible to malfunction if it is dirty and or poorly lubricated.
