Look at your serial number on the frame and if it a H-D related ones you have a Harley-Davidson.
All constructed motorcycle with a H-D engine are not a H-D ones but, install an S&S engine in a H-D and you still have a H-D motorcycle.
On older motorcycle, the engine was related to the VIN number.
Confused now???
