Tranny issues ??
I was out for a liesurely ride and while coming to a stop, I down shifted. When I did this and went to click down into 1st, the shifter was flat against my foot peg (forward controls). I pulled over to see what was going on. We were able to shift it through the gears, but there was not tension on the shifter. We checked out all the linkage to make sure that was turning the shaft correctly... it was. I still have my right cover to remove before I pull the tranny. We are quite positive what the issue is, but I would like to get some feedback from some of you, as I know there is a lot of knowledge and experience on this forum.
What do you think?
