Modified stock AC. Drilled holes in the backplate and the cover. Leading and trailing edges. Not liking the looks of the chrome with holes drilled, I went the chrome blackout look. Way better airflow and a big difference in performance.

Thanks for the compliments, you can do it, made with simple tools (jig saw, drill, hand files, scotch brite pad, and an old road sign), I mainly do stuff like this in the winter, I never do projects in the summer that can cut into my riding time, i have more failures than successes, just, as they say; go for it.
