what should i build?
Hi all
i just got my very first super sweet Harley. a 1974 XLCH. It's almost complete. And, being the refined redneck i am... Want to make it something a little different to the norm. Low budget, high performance, second hand kinda guy. I am torn between standard, and they look awesome stock, its what it is. And that's doable right now. Or a flat tracker. Cause my Grandfather raced flat trackers on an indian scout in the day. Or a cafe racer. light weight, nimble and fast. Or a bobber, cause my wife likes them. And, i can get the suction cup passenger seat for her on ebay pretty cheap. I Spoil her all the time.
I like drag bikes and race bikes and old school and have enough quality parts in the shed to throw at it and make it anything. I just wondered if you found this bike and could do anything. what would you do?

Depends on location when it comes to my builds.
No ALWAYS major twisty roads like they have on the east coast in my area.
So I am free to do as I please.
Major twisty roads? Then that figures into my build. Guidelines.
