Clutch adjusting screw
Trying to remove the primary cover for inspection. Why can I not move this clutch adjusting screw? Shouldn't it want to move CW? It won't budge.

First, pull off that nut that's holding it still. It had a spring over it at one point.
Then, turn it clockwise to back out the little nut behind it.
