Oh. Clutch hob. I'm still using one I made about 40 years ago. Pretty simeple item really. Steel plate with 7 holes in itm centre one is tapped for the cheap puller screw I salvaged from a cheap puller.

I have come across a number of hubs that didn't even need a puller ! But don't expect that.

And yeas, the chain and sprockets come off as a unit and the belt is unlikely to come off any other way. I can do it on my race bike once the belt is worn. But if I use a new belt the clutch has to come off.

Buy a set of Impact sockets. Use an impact gun to remove and replace that nut. It's just so much easier than any other way.
