Wish I had the money for stuff like this. I don't blame you for not wanting to spend the money on Vietnamese made clothes. No reason to charge so much when it's being made for pennies overseas.

This reminds me that I need to order some new zipper pulls. When I ordered my gear, they told me about three weeks. They had it ready to ship in less than a week. Great customer service and great gear!

I bought some zipper pull tab replacements for the front jacket pockets on my aged Tourmaster Jett jacket. They are metal, have a center pivot and look like an "X" when opened. We're a snug fit but are doing extremely well and a good thing as they are locking zippers, can't open them without a pull in place. Two thumbs up on them!
Also, found that you can add "Nomex" panels to the lower legs of the Aerostich pants, AD1's included, which puts them into "custom" category and will get you genuine made in U.S. A. Pants, for an up charge of course.

Oh, I to ordered a set of AD1 pants choosing to add "Nomex" panels to the lower legs, making them "custom" which also meant "made in the U.S.A." Also meant a four week lead time but I was okay with that.
Long story short it took ten and a half weeks for them to finally ship. They are still boxed at my son's house as I haven't gotten back there yet, maybe tomorrow. I'm really disappointed in the delay an more disappointed in not getting a straight answer to any of my many inquiries. Will update after taking possession. Rant over for now.

Just add a note on the AD1 pants, had a get off in Ohio, running with that pesky Brian,(BKB), on the way to join some additional forum members for joe's,(gravydog), Southeast Ohio Forum Ride. Long story short got two ambilance rides and ended up in the trauma center, Columbus, Ohio.
Pants had some grass stain skid marks and a small tear inside the right knee,(damaged started with an exhaust burn at that spot), and no damage for me below the waist. Sent them back to Aerostich for repair. Also had them extend the nomex panels higher to preclude any further exhaust burns. About a two week turn around and good to go. Have since added about 40,000 miles seat time, literally living in them, and couldn't be happier. Originally I debated getting them in gray thinking they might be more comfortable in high heat. Didn't but the black have performed great in excessive heat. They have worked well from 10-20F up into the 140-150F range, and yes the feel hot in stop and go traffic, what pants don't? Once running not an issue anymore. Extremely comfortable, very much like an old pair of jeans. My favorite feature is the two thigh mounted pockets, waterproof, which make for easy access with my crippling arthritic hands. And being totally waterproof I no longer pack rain pants. Also, did add their rainboot pockets to the inside lower pants legs, boot covers slip out the vecro'd bottom sleeve opening and slip over your boots, no searching for them, a ways there. Another plus is using them as wind breakers ,when temps plummet, you gain more warmth for your feet.
A solid two thumbs up from me.

Well, these pants have now traveled in 47 States and almost all of southern Ontario, around 60,000 miles worth. They remain my all time favorite piece of motorcycle gear,(near 60 years worth), comfortable, durable and still getting the job done. Wish I’d made the move years ago. Now am seriously thinking of an ?Aerostich jacket, maybe a Roadcrafter lite? Gosh, I guess it means another ride up to Duluth?
