Mick, F.W.I.W. You can use the longer seat on the .4.5 gallon tank, seat mounts are the same either way. It will smush the front foam and cover a bit. I pulled the cover off my 2006”R” Mustang seat, trimmed a bit of foam off the front reinstalled the cover snugging the excess material, attached it and trimmed of the surplus material. Been working these last 14 years. Just saying.....

I’ll run to UPS on Friday/Saturday and see how much it would cost to ship. PM me your address.
We could meet at the state line if the shipping cost is way more than what I’d use in gas and you’ll get it quicker.
I’d like a regular bottle of Jameson for the seat. If you feel overly generous a bottle of Jameson ‘Distiller’s Safe Irish Whiskey’ would put a big smile on my face.
