Dallas....you running a vented gas cap? I think it would only make sense to do so with the spark producing throw switches....it will lower the harmful gas vapors emitted into the atmosphere by burning them off right away!

Taken care of.

Also, I get a nice face tan even in the winter.

Yah, except the switches are on the wrong side.

Look gents if we are going to pull 7000 amps through dual double pull digital switches run through a gasoline tank...we need to get serious.

red left green right...man do i have to do everything.

Btw Cos, how is that 8000 amp single phase stator prototype coming along?

Geez, you'd think I'd remember that being in the Navy for 7 years and several years of sailing a 24 footer before that.

Well if you would switch to nitro methane instead of breathing that low octane gas crap, you would have a clearer head.

Gasoline in a tank, might as well put rocks in a hamster wheel.

We have a potential break thru here gents.

I am thinking bare odd 4 copper running right through the tank ( ya know to keep the cost down ) It will be brilliant. As far as i know no one has done it.

Can you say bleeding edge technology?

I was thinking about isolating the ground wires from the turn signals and running the ends of the grounds to the side appropriate side of the tank and hold them just off the surface with a flexible plastic plank. That way to signal left, you just rhythmically tap your left knee against the wire shorting it to the tank and use the right knee for the right signal. To show an emergency situation with hazard flashing, you slap both knees on the tank at the same time. So if for whatever reason a driver doesn't pay attention to the hazard flashing, they will surely do a double take when they see you humping your gas tank.

Another possible option would be to use a microcontroller. Parallax or Arduino, for example. I understand the chips can be purchased for pocket change! I'm not enough of a geek to have these at my fingertips. Any readers out there who have the programming ability? The code is simple, basic stuff.

I already bought the module but if this mod makes the assembly smaller, I'm down for the project. Cosmo, love the into of this thread.

So from your experience, does it make everything smaller. 'Cuz I'm planing on doing "some" work on the wiring, hide the ECU and solder some of the wires to remove connectors. Your thoughts on which one to remove from under the seat, from stock harness config. if you have the time to help out.

I'm also planing on upgrading my rear shocks with a brand that have a remote piggyback reservoir that I wanna find a place to hide under the 1/2 pipe structure from under the seat

Thank bro, Reps to ya.
