Default one sporty and $5000... What would you do?

Here's the deal. You have one stock bike of your choice (listed above) and $5000 to spend on parts. Everyone's a master mechanic with lots of tools in this land far, far away so mention all chopping/welding/assembling/painting mods as well without worry of cash. Only listing larger displacement versions. New XR1200 doesn't count. Old XR1000 does. also lease list year of bike in post as well.

I'd take a 1200 Custom (black of course)
Things I would do to it:
88" nrhs kit
head work
loud-ass pipes
rejet
ramflo
rake the neck
6" over fork tubes
progressive 440 shocks
progressive fork springs
16" apes wired internally
king/queen seat
tall sissybar
bobtail fender
add tach and relocate speedo to top of clamp
80 spoke rims(front and rear)
relocate turn signals to forks
ride, ride, ride

I would build my bike. Just not sure the budget would be enough.

$5000? think i'm pretty close to exceeding that, can't put a price on fun.

When it stops becoming fun then i'll worry what it cost's!!!!!

BTW- been longing for that RE stretch and rake on my bike, 0 up and 3" or put the motor in a Flyrite or RE frame.

I would start with an early 90s 883 and since money is no object, I'm gonna need a 100 cid conversion......probably just call Vic Edelbrock and have him custom make everything I'll need..... then I'll lower it, extend and enlarge the rear swingarm to accomodate a huge rear tire....tastefully raked and chopped in the front and a set of nice, custom alloy wheels.... and hand sewn into the back edge of the custom seat , it would say "racerwill"
