Bigcatfish, don't worry, you'll find them. Just keep looking. I've been sober 31 years now, and have never really had a problem finding like minded sober folks to ride with. Look for motorcycles parked outside your local Alano clubs and such. Until 1995, I rode with the 5th Chapter MC, and spent most weekends traveling out of state, to sober biker events, like pig roasts and such. My travels led me from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Baltimore, Maryland, and all points in between.

Today, I choose to ride independent, rather than with a club, but if you don't mind, there are a number of sober bike clubs out there. Just search the web. Good luck and who knows, maybe we'll meet out on the road some day.

There are some good links and chat rooms where you might have some luck off of www.thefix.com.

BTDT. Take care, brother (I assume).

I was at a swap meet a few weeks ago and there was the lady there with her sewing machine that is meant for thick leather. The guy in line in front of me wanted to add a couple of patches to his old, well worn and really cool looking jacket that already had several patches on it. He had her sew on a couple patches for the fronts of his cuffs with CLEAN on one and SOBER on the other. Seeing that his face and body had seen a lot of miles before the clean and sober days and that he is proud of publicly displaying where he is now, I thought he was super cool.
I'm not against drinking but I am against driving or riding while under the influence of anything that affects your skills and judgment. Whoever makes these patches is doing a good thing. I've had a lot of friends over the years from doctors to laborers who have lost their careers, families and their lives because they lost the battle with varying substances. Remembering who they were as kids (Have you seen The Sandlot?) and who they became later just breaks my heart because I know who or what they could have been.
I'll get off my soapbox now and go get a cup of coffee. Later, after mowing the yard, I'll have a Cold One. But I won't go for a ride afterwards.
