Default info needed...please ('Silver' Plating)

i am doing a restoration on a 1972 XLH , tring to find out what the silver plating is on many of the smaller parts, like brake pedal, shifter, front and back brake levers, oil pump. Also would like any info on the green paint they put on 1972 sportsters, thanks for any help....Shawn

I may have a piece of fiberglass cut out of the well protected under seat area of my green boatail if you would like a paint sample.

a good paint shop can computer match it. the biggest thing is that you will need to paint the entire machine to make sure it matches. i never had one to do an exact color but it does get the cigar
