Idiot light comes on whenever it bl@@dy well feels like it. It starts to stumble when I accelerate hard at about 180 miles. Rode into a gas station at 201 & put 4.2 gallons in it. I usually fill it 160-180 miles. Usually takes 3.5 to 3.8 gallons.

My light comes on around 120 miles and ride around 150-160. I fill up the tank with 3.5 gallons in a 4.5 tank.

My light usually comes on between 90 and 110 miles. I recently pulled into a gas station after 160 miles and filled her up with less than 4 gallons.

i can safely cruise to 135-140 before i cant hard accelerate from a stop light because of fuel surges, thats when i know its time for its dinner. i almost always end up filling 3.6 to 4.0 at the pump

i got bad mileage
Mines the same way. I figured at one time I was getting 43 mpg. I rode mine off the showroom floor and never got the 53 mpg the salesman was bragging about! I guess I like to ride it hard.

Looks like I didn't put enough options at the 'long' end.

When I do in city stuff only I can average 135, 30 MPG, and when I do highway way only I can get 190, or about 42. Mind you that is running bone dry and coasting towards the end, I usually am hunting at about 120 or 150 for stations.

My fuel light comes on between 140-145 usually. I could push 175 before I felt like I HAD to get gas, but I get it when the light comes on usually.
